EASY DIY PRE-WORKOUT AND POST-WORKOUT SMOOTHIES


Lately I have been obsessed with smoothies. They are so tasty, quick and easy to make, super healthy and perfect for a quick meal. I tried out these new recipes for pre/post-workout smoothies and loved them!  When I made mine, I left out the banana (I wish I liked them but I think they are gross) but I  included it in the recipe for you.
Pre-Workout

30-60 minutes before workout. 
Offers energy for maximum performance and is easily digestible.

Strawberries, Banana, Yogurt, Milk, Ice 

Add all ingredients to your liking, blend, enjoy! 




Post-Workout

Within 1-2 hours.
Helps to jumpstart recovery and restores electrolyte balance.

Peanut Butter, Banana, Yogurt, Cinnamon, Milk

Add all ingredients to your liking, blend, enjoy!
